Sharing the knowledge
This week Jenny – Jigsaw Scientist, and Sarah – Jigsaw Architect, gave a lecture to the Sustainable Architecture students at the University of Canberra.
Sarah presented her Top Ten Tips for a sustainable home in the Canberra region. Jenny discussed Jigsaw’s unique collaborative approach and explained the science behind energy rating schemes and achieving the best ‘bang for buck’. A key focus of the lecture was to emphasis the critical thinking needed to approach every individual project, climate, and site, in order to have all elements of the home working in synergy. We hope the students can apply principles from our niche area of expertise to the vast range of projects they have ahead of them.
